Everything you need to know about the new Partner Loyalty Program

JustMarkets Partner Loyalty Program is a premium program for active partners, which allows you to receive an exceptional reward in the form of luxury prizes for loyal and fruitful cooperation with our Company. Find out more details about how you can receive these valuable prizes.

How to get enrolled in the Program?

1. Register as a JustMarkets Partner and share your link to attract clients.
2. Engage with clients to boost their trading activity and reach higher milestones.
3. Check the progress in your Partner Area to stay on pace with your growth.
4. Achieve higher milestones and get increasingly valuable prizes from JustMarkets.

What requirements should I fulfill to qualify for the prizes?

There are 3 criteria that matter in your progress:

1. The Qualified trading volume should reach a target.
2. The Number of active clients in the last 3 calendar months should be equal to or more than 10.
3. Partner’s clients’ qualified trading volume for the last 12 months should be equal to or higher than the required percentage of total qualified trading volume. Except for the first 12 months since the Program launch or a partner's date of entry to the Program, when the cumulative qualified trading volume for the last 12 months is equal to the total qualified trading volume.

How are the requirements calculated?

Qualified trading volume is calculated for each client signed up by you since your registration date, and for existing Partners since the date of the Partner Loyalty Program launch. Qualified trading volume excludes non-MTP trading volume and trading volume derived from error, fraud, or any doubtful operations. Volume generated by clients in the Welcome account type is not considered “qualified trading volume”.

The number of active clients in the last 3 calendar months should be equal to or more than 10. To be counted as “active” clients should have trading deals (with the MTP rule) within the last 3 calendar months, with the current calendar month included. If it’s April now and your client traded in February, such a client is counted in your statistics. If you have at least 10 active clients during the February-April period, then this target is fulfilled.

The qualified trading volume of your clients for the last 12 months should be equal to or greater than 20%. Let’s imagine that since the Program launch you have accumulated 500 mln USD of qualified trading volume. Qualified trading volume for the last 12 months should be at least 100 mln USD (which is 20%) to fulfill the requirement. But no worries, you do not have to calculate anything, as we show you how much USD of volume is left till the target in your Personal Area.

What prizes can I receive?

In addition to numerous cash prizes, we offer you such valuable prizes as gadgets, luxury watches, international trips, yacht holidays, and even a luxury car! No matter what milestone you have achieved, you can always choose a cash alternative to the valuable prize if it suits your needs better. Our Key Account Managers will contact partners eligible for prizes at the beginning of each month. After this, it will take nearly 2 weeks to process and issue a prize for you.

How can I track my progress in the Partner Loyalty Program?

You can check Partner Loyalty results in the Partner Area, page Dashboard. There you can find your current result for each target and how much is missing for a new milestone. Along with targets, you can see how gradually your progress moves from milestone to milestone, what prizes are already unlocked for you, and which ones are still ahead.
