- Every referrer (client who invites a friend) has a unique referral link that can be found in the Back Office.
- Only new clients who have registered using referral link will be counted into program statistics.
- All clients are eligible to participate in the Refer a Friend program unless already involved in the IB program.
- In case IB invites a new client using Refer a friend invite link such client will be counted only into Refer a friend program and vice versa.
- Refer a friend commission is a one time payment amount of 50 USD for one invited friend who has fulfilled the requirements.

The commission is paid when a friend complies with all the following conditions/requirements:
- 6.1 Verification: invited friend should successfully complete profile verification (both Identity and Address of Residence);
- 6.2 Deposit: invited friend should deposit at least a sum of 100 USD (or equivalent) as a single or multiple transactions to any real trading account;

Trading: invited friend should trade a minimum of 10 standard lots with the difference between
Open Price and Close Price of the order equal to or more than 6 pips (60 points);
Trading volume includes Fx, metals and other available instruments volume and is calculated using the following logic:
- Fx and metals Volume: 1 lot = 1 lot of any Fx and metals instruments
- Other Volume: 1 Lot = Instrument Value / 100,000 USD
- 6.4 All conditions should be met during 30 days after friend registration.
- The commission for the previous month is credited at the beginning of the month to the referrer’s "Refer a friend" (Partner account) for every friend compliant with all conditions mentioned above.
- The client can transfer the referral commission from "Refer a friend" account to another trading account or withdraw it (standard rules and rates apply).
- It is prohibited for the client to refer themselves or relatives as friends.
- The Company reserves the right to exclude the client from the referrers’ list at its own discretion.
- The Company reserves the right to deactivate the client’s referral link and cancel earned commission in case of fraudulent activities.
- Any situation not described in these rules shall be subject to the Company's decision.
- The Company reserves the right to change, update or cancel this program with a notification on the Company news page.
- Invited clients have an opportunity to get the 150% deposit bonus to all Pro and Standard accounts. Deposits made using any available to JustMarkets clients payment system participate in the bonus program. To learn more about the payment systems that are available, please visit this page.
- Bonus can be received only once.
- Deposit Bonus rules may take place for some of the payment systems.

The limitations on the maximum bonus amount that can be received are the following:
- 4.1 – 15,000 USD is the maximum bonus amount that can be received on one trading account;
- 4.2 – 15,000 USD is the maximum bonus amount that can be received on all the client's trading accounts.
- In order to get a bonus the client should mark "Get a Deposit Bonus" in the deposit form of Back Office, read and accept "Deposit Bonus rules" and click "Deposit" button.
- The bonus will not be received for the internal transfer between the client's accounts.
- The bonus funds are credited to the trading account in the field "Credit" and can be used as additional margin for trading. The detailed information is displayed on the "Received bonuses" page in the client's Back Office.

In order the bonus funds to be transferred from the field "Credit" to the field "Balance" and the funds
become available for withdrawal or further trading, it is required to conduct the trading operations in the
total volume of:
- 8.1 < Number of Lots > = < Bonus amount > / 2 for Pro and Standard accounts.
Here is an example:You have deposited 500 USD and received a 750 USD bonus. To move this bonus from the "Credit" wallet to the "Balance" wallet, you need to trade 750 / 2 = 375 lots first – which means 37,500,000 USD of the trading volume.
You have currently traded 2 lots of USD/CHF and 2 lots of USD/JPY. Since USD is the base currency in these pairs, the value of a lot for them is 100,000 USD. You have traded exactly 400,000 USD of the trading volume or 4 lots.
You have also traded 8 lots of EUR/USD at 1.11000. Since USD is the traded currency in this pair, the value of a lot is 100,000 multiplied by the current price of the pair during the trade. In this case, it’s 111,000 USD per lot. You have traded 888,000 USD of the trading volume or 8.88 lots.
However, you have also traded 100 lots of Ford stock. The value of a lot on the stock market is calculated using the asset’s current price in USD. At the moment, it was 8.70 USD, which makes 100 lots worth 870 USD or 0.0087 lots.
Overall, you have traded 1,288,870 USD in volume or 12.88 lots. To withdraw your bonus of 750 USD, you need to trade another 36,211,130 USD or roughly 362.12 lots.

The following orders are not considered in the calculation of traded volume:
- 9.1 orders with the trading result which is less than 6 pips (60 points);
- 9.2 orders closed before the account was deposited to participate in the bonus program.
- Until the moment the required volume is traded, only the profit can be withdrawn. To remove the restrictions on the withdrawal of deposited funds, which participate in the promotion, the bonus should be canceled in the "Status" column on the "Received bonuses" page in the Back Office.
- Upon the completion of the conditions of the bonus described in the clause 8 of the present rules, it will be automatically transferred from the field "Credit" to the field "Balance" within 2 hours.
- The maximum time to trade the required volume is 30 calendar days from the moment of depositing the trading account. After the lapse of the named period, in case the conditions described in the clause 8 of the present rules are not fulfilled, the bonus will be canceled. Bonus is canceled prior to the end of the period in case the funds on the trading account of the clients are: Equity ≤ Credit. The bonus doesn't support drawdown.
- Upon the reaching Margin Call level on the trading account, clients do not receive the notification in the trading terminal.
- There are no restrictions on the partner revenue share from the trading accounts that participate in the promotions.
- The company reserves the right to change, update or cancel this promotion without the prior notification.
