Promotion rules

• The promotion starts on November 7, 2023 (00:00 GMT+2) and ends on November 14, 2023 (23:59 GMT+2) ("Promotion Period").
• The promotion will be available to JustMarkets Clients residents of Malaysia,Indonesia, India, Nepal, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand.
• In order to participate in the promotion, it is required to be a registered Client or a Partner of JustMarkets during the Promotion Period.
• The conditions of participation:
a. Click on the "Get a bonus on deposit" checkbox in the Deposit form and choose “Deepavali Special Offer” in the Client`s Back Office .
b. Read and accept these Promotion rules of “Deepavali Special Offer” bonus (“Bonus Rules”).
c. Make a deposit $50 or more during the Promotion Period.
• Сlients have an opportunity to get the 100% bonus of the deposit amount on every deposit of $50 and more made to all types of accounts during the Promotion Period (“Bonus”).
• The amounts of two or more deposits that are less than $50 are not summed up. In order to claim the Bonus the amount of a single deposit has to be $50 and more.
• There is no limit on the number of deposits on which Bonus can be claimed and the total number of times that the Bonus that can be obtained.
• The Bonus will not be available for the internal transfer between the client's own Trading Accounts.
• The Bonus funds will be credited to the same Trading Account where the deposit was made and reflected in the section "Credit" and can be used only as additional margin for trading until conditions described in the clause 10 of these Bonus Rules are fulfilled. The detailed information is displayed on the Received bonuses page in the Client's Back Office.
• In order the Bonus funds to be transferred from the section "Credit" to the section "Balance" and the funds become available for withdrawal, it is required to conduct the trading operations in the total volume of:
  < Number of Lots> = < Bonus amount> / 2 for all types of accounts.

• Until the moment the required volume is traded, only the profit received from trading Bonus funds can be withdrawn. To remove the restrictions on the withdrawal of deposited funds, which participate in the promotion, the Bonus should be canceled in the "Status" column on the Received bonuses page in the Back Office.
• Upon the completion of the conditions described in the clause 10 of these Bonus Rules, it will be automatically transferred from the section "Credit" to the section "Balance" within 2 hours.
• The maximum time to trade the required volume is 30 calendar days from the moment of depositing the trading account. After the lapse of the said period, in case the conditions described in the clause 10 of these Bonus Rules are not fulfilled, the Bonus will be canceled. Bonus is canceled prior to the end of the period in case the funds on the trading account of the clients are: Equity ≤ Credit.
• The Bonus doesn't support drawdown. Because of that, upon the reaching Margin Call level on own funds on the trading account, clients will not receive the notification in the trading terminal, because Bonus funds are counted toward Equity.
• The company may cancel a Bonus at any time without prior notification.
• Make a deposit of $50 or more, join the "Deepavali Special Offer", and close at least one trade during the promo period, to potentially win an additional prize: one of 10 bonus credits, each in the amount of $100, added directly to your trading account.
• The winners will be determined within seven (7) days after the end of the Promotion Period in a draw using Spinner Wheel service.
• The Bonus funds (additional prize) will be credited to the same Trading Account where the deposit was made and reflected in the section "Balance" and the funds are available for withdrawal.
• The winners will be notified by email about the prize.
• The Company reserves the right to change and update these Bonus Rules at any time, as well as cancel the promotion without prior notice.
• The Company reserves the right to use the participants’ feedback, published on their social media pages during the Promotion Period, in its promotional materials.
• Any situation not described in these Bonus Rules shall be subject to the Company's decision.
• Any situation not described in these rules shall be subject to the Сompany's decision.
