Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion launches on December 02, 2024 (00:00 GMT +3) till December 27, 2024 (23:59 GMT +3) ("Promotion Time") and is available to JustMarkets Clients (Clients and Partners);
2. To participate in the promotion, participants must comply with the following conditions ("General Terms"):
2.1. Be a registered Client or an Introducing Broker Partner of JustMarkets for the Promotion Time. One participant can only get one promo code that is available for activation in the Personal Area.
3. The conditions of participation:
3.1. If you are a Client: there should be at least 1 lot of a traded volume on a Standard Cent, Standard, Pro, or Raw Spread trading account before or during Promotion Time.
3.2. If you are a Partner: there is at least 1 active Referred Client under one’s Partner account.
4. In order to receive a $25 promo code, the following conditions must be met:
4.1. Subscribe to the minimum of one official JustMarkets page on one of the social networks where you plan to publish a review-post:
- Facebook (Main)
- Instagram (Main)
- Twitter (Main)
- Facebook (Malaysia)
- Facebook (Vietnam)
4.2. Write the review on one of the above-mentioned social networks – share your experience of working with JustMarkets using the hashtag #ilovejustmarkets:
4.2.1. The post must consist of at least 1 sentence with the review on the personal experience of using JustMarkets services;
4.2.2. Mention the Company’s official page in post by adding tag:
@JustMarketsComOfficial - for Facebook
@justmarkets_official - for Instagram
@JustMarketsCom - for Twitter
4.2.3. Fill in the participant's form on the promotion page.
5. The participants’ social networks must comply with the next rules:
5.1. A participant must have at least 100 subscribers, active and filled profile and other posts at during 30 days before the promotion launching date in the social network in which they will publish a post;
5.2. The participant's social media page must be open in order for the post to be available for viewing.
6. The prizes:
6.1. If a participant complies with the Terms and Conditions of this promotion, in accordance with paragraphs 3, 4, 5, the authors of the first 4,000 qualified posts (specified in paragraph 4.2.1) will get a $25 promo code for their further trading activities:
6.1.1. A participant can receive only one $25 promo code that can be applied to only one existing trading account. The promo code can be activated on Standard, Pro, or Raw Spread accounts in the Personal Area: Promotions section Promo codes. Account currency must be USD;
6.1.2.The $25 promo code will be sent to the email, specified in the Back Office. The maximum term is up to 14 working days after receiving an eligible 'Submit a post' form, which is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
6.1.3. The promo code will be active until January 30, 2025 (00:00 GMT +3). The promo code expires after 30 calendar days since its activation day and will not be available for activation after expiration;
6.1.4. To use a promo code, the client must complete the verification procedure..
6.2. All participants who comply with these Terms and Conditions and meet criteria stated in paragraphs 3, 4, and 5 take a chance to get the part of the main prize - $1000 (10 winners will get $100 each).
6.3. 10 winners with the most interesting trading stories, experience, and feedback will be chosen by the JustMarkets team at its own discretion and announced within 14 working days after the end of the Promotion Time on one of the official JustMarkets pages or on the Company’s Official Website. The winners will be additionally informed via email specified during the account registration process:
6.3.1. The prize of $100 will be credited to one of the client’s trading accounts within 14 working days after the end of Promotion Time;
6.3.2. Client or Partner must complete the verification procedure to get a reward. In case the winner does not pass the full verification within 7 days after the winner's announcement, the Company reserves the right to cancel the reward;
6.3.3.To start trading on an account that received the reward, a client must make a minimum deposit on this account (from $10 depending on the type of trading account and payment system) or an internal transfer of $10 from the account where the deposit was made previously.
7. To make $25 promo code available for withdrawal users have to fulfill the following conditions:
7.1.1. Trading instruments: currency pairs or metals;
7.1.2. The maximum number of simultaneously open positions (including pending orders): no more than 5;
7.1.3. Robots (Expert Advisors): not allowed;
7.1.4. The required number of traded lots: 0,01 lots within 30 days from the moment of activation of the promo code;
7.1.5. After the requirements described above (clause 7.1.1 - 7.1.4) are met, the promo code and profit become available for further trading activity or withdrawal. The promo code status changes within an hour after the transaction is closed. To withdraw/transfer funds, the status of the promotional code must change to "Traded". The current status of the promo code can be checked in the Received Bonuses Section.
7.2. To remove the restrictions on the withdrawal or internal transfer of deposited funds or profit that participate in the promotion, close all active trades on this account and cancel the promo code in the "Status" column on the "Received bonuses" page in the Personal Area.
7.3. The amount of the promo code is deducted from the client's account when it is canceled after the start of trading on the account, provided that the minimum necessary volume has not been traded and the promotional code has not changed to "Ttraded" status.
8. The posts published after the end of the promotion will not be eligible for the prize.
9. The Company reserves the right not to provide the promo code and/or reward to users in exceptional cases.
10. If at least one of the requirements described above is not met, the Company reserves the right to exclude the participant from the promotion.
11. Top 10 winners must be available for communication within 7 days from the date of winners announcement (via phone, email, direct messages on social media, where the post was published, and/or by phone). In case the Company is not able to reach the winner within 7 calendar days after the Promotion Time ended, and/or after the first contact with the winner, the bonus may be forfeited.
12. The Company reserves the right to change and update Terms and Conditions, as well as cancel the promotion without prior notice.
13. The Company reserves the right to cancel the client's promo code and/or reward at any time without prior notice.
14. The Company reserves the right to use the participants’ feedback, published on their social media pages during the Promotion Time and after, in its promotional and marketing materials. By entering the promotion, Clients and/or Partners consent to the Company using their personal data (including but not limited to full name, photo, screenshots and social networks profile) for marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, publication on Company`s website, social media, and other promotional materials.
15. Any situation not described in these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the Company's decision.
16. JustMarkets will contact the winners from JustMarkets official social media pages only. If you are contacted about this promotion by any third-parties, please double check the sender’s account before providing any personal information.
17. Accounts that breach these Terms and Conditions, Client Agreement, Introducing Broker Agreement, or use fake social network, participants can be excluded from participating in this promotion.
