Promotion rules

• The promotion starts on April 10, 2023 (00:00 GMT+3) and ends on April 21, 2023 (23:59 GMT+3) ("Promotion Period").
• The promotion will be available to JustMarkets Clients residents of Malaysia and Indonesia.
• In order to participate in the promotion, it is required to be a registered Client or a Partner of JustMarkets during the Promotion Period.
• The conditions of participation:
• Click on the "Get a bonus on deposit" checkbox in the Deposit form and choose “Ramadan Double Blessings” in the Client`s Back Office .
• Read and accept these Promotion rules of “Ramadan Double Blessings” bonus (“Bonus Rules”).
• Make a deposit $50 or more during the Promotion Period.
• Сlients have an opportunity to get the 100% bonus of the deposit amount on every deposit of $50 and more made to all types of accounts during the Promotion Period (“Bonus”).
• The amounts of two or more deposits that are less than $50 are not summed up. In order to claim the Bonus the amount of a single deposit has to be $50 and more.
• There is no limit on the number of deposits on which Bonus can be claimed and the total number of times that the Bonus that can be obtained.
• The Bonus will not be available for the internal transfer between the client's own Trading Accounts.
• The Bonus funds will be credited to the same Trading Account where the deposit was made and reflected in the section "Credit" and can be used only as additional margin for trading until conditions described in the clause 10 of these Bonus Rules are fulfilled. The detailed information is displayed on the Received bonuses page in the Client's Back Office.
• In order the Bonus funds to be transferred from the section "Credit" to the section "Balance" and the funds become available for withdrawal, it is required to conduct the trading operations in the total volume of:
< Number of Lots> = < Bonus amount> / 2 for all types of accounts.
You have deposited $500 and received a $500 bonus. To move this bonus from the "Credit" wallet to the "Balance" wallet, you need to trade 250 lots first – which means $25,000,000 of the trading volume.
You have currently traded 2 lots of USD/CHF and 2 lots of USD/JPY. Since USD is the base currency in these pairs, the value of a lot for them is $100,000. You have traded exactly $400,000 of the trading volume or 4 lots.
You have also traded 8 lots of EUR/USD at 1.11000. Since USD is the traded currency in this pair, the value of a lot is 100,000 multiplied by the current price of the pair during the trade. In this case, it’s $111,000 per lot. You have traded $888,000 of the trading volume or 8.88 lots.
However, you have also traded 100 lots of Ford stock. The value of a lot on the stock market is calculated using the asset’s current price in USD. At the moment, it was $11.68, which makes 100 lots worth $1168 or 0.01168 lots.
Overall, you have traded $1,289,168 in volume or 12.89 lots. To withdraw your bonus of $500, you need to trade another $23,710,832 or roughly 237.1 lots.
• Until the moment the required volume is traded, only the profit received from trading Bonus funds can be withdrawn. To remove the restrictions on the withdrawal of deposited funds, which participate in the promotion, the Bonus should be canceled in the "Status" column on the Received bonuses page in the Back Office.
• Upon the completion of the conditions described in the clause 10 of these Bonus Rules, it will be automatically transferred from the section "Credit" to the section "Balance" within 2 hours.
• The maximum time to trade the required volume is 30 calendar days from the moment of depositing the trading account. After the lapse of the said period, in case the conditions described in the clause 10 of these Bonus Rules are not fulfilled, the Bonus will be canceled. Bonus is canceled prior to the end of the period in case the funds on the trading account of the clients are: Equity ≤ Credit.
• The Bonus doesn't support drawdown. Because of that, upon the reaching Margin Call level on own funds on the trading account, clients will not receive the notification in the trading terminal, because Bonus funds are counted toward Equity.
• There are no restrictions on the Partner’s Remuneration from the trading accounts that participate in this promotion.
• The company may cancel a Bonus at any time without prior notification.
• Additional prizes which will be bonuses of 200, 100, and 50 USD or equivalent (“Lazada Gift Cards”) will be given to the clients who make a deposit during the Promotion Period and trades the most amount (e.g. has the most trading volume in USD) compared to other participants during the first and the second week of the promotion.
• The winners who will get Lazada Gift Cards will be determined after the end of every week during the Promotion Period that is two times: on 17th of April and on 24th of April.
• The winners of Lazada Gift Cards will be notified by email about the prize in order to agree on conditions on how to claim it.
• The Company reserves the right to change and update these Bonus Rules at any time, as well as cancel the promotion without prior notice.
• The Company reserves the right to use the participants’ feedback, published on their social media pages during the Promotion Period, in its promotional materials.
• Any situation not described in these Bonus Rules shall be subject to the Company's decision.
